Sonnie Stickers loves to decorate! Her favorite hobbies are sticker collecting, sewing, and sitting outside. She is very shy with people and is easily scared, but is more outgoing if you help her find berries. Sonnie keeps them in her handmade tote bag, along with her favorite CDs and picture books! Will Sonnie Stickers be your friend?

Kou-Kou

Designed for Kouhigh Toys

Kou-Kou is the official mascot for Irvine-based toy retail company, Kouhigh Toys. They needed a character to use in social media assets and promotional materials. I stylized the pre-existing Kouhigh Toys logo and gave it a body to represent the silliness of toys. Canonically, Kou-Kou is a creature that crash landed on Earth to buy all of the blind boxes and party. He also has a butt.

Chia character and sticker design

Chiaverse emotes for YouTube and social media content

The Chia character design was made for social media influencer and content creator Chiaverse. She hired me to create a character to use for stickers and emotes for her YouTube live chat. It was important to include pink gingham (her favorite color and pattern), a bear handbag (her partner loves bears), and her adorable pet corgi Harvey. Chia is also a great friend of mine, so a lot of the emotes are inside jokes between us.

A vtuber is a content creator that uses a virtual model, often an original character or design. Each model is rigged to the person’s face and body movements, so a real person is speaking as a character. This design was fully drawn and rigged by me using a program called Live2D.
